Administrative Assistant: This position is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and the President. This position will provide office and operational support to the Agency by performing the following duties. Position reports to the President.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will have core duties and responsibilities including the following:

Serves as the front office receptionist to greet guests, receive packages, sort mail, answer phone calls to the main line and forward them to the appropriate staffMaintains office supplies and coordinates services for facility contracts with janitorial, IT, alarm, HVAC, etc.Provides direct administrative support to the CEO and the PresidentSchedules meetings and appointments for the CEO and the PresidentCoordinates meetings including scheduling, sending Outlook invitations, ordering food, preparing agendas, creating meeting packets, arranging for audio/video equipment, etc.Coordinates the office supply inventory and flow of daily mail for operationsProvides office manager support and acts as backup to the President in the areas of office equipment, facility maintenance, vendor contacts, staff on-boarding, building tenant, etc.Other duties as assignedThis job has no supervisory responsibilitiesJOB REQUIREMENTS:

At least an Associate's degree (A.A.) preferredAt least one year experience preferredSelf-starterExceptional verbal and written communications skillsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as with a teamExcellent organizational and customer service skillsStrong initiative and follow-through, attention to detail, and listening skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high change environmentDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, with skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
