Harmony Veterinary Care is looking for an Associate DVM to join our team!
Harmony is a small animal integrative veterinary practice.
With 6 exams rooms and close to 15,000 square feet, Harmony offers the best of both worlds. We engage and keep the clients as involved as possible to ensure comfortability with both client and pet.
With the integration of different styles of medicine, we offer many alternatives like vaccine titers, acupuncture, laser therapy, Chinese herbs, herbal tonics, and food consultations to ensure our patients are well taken care of. In addition to having IDEXX laboratory equipment, we partner with 8 different universities to expand our testing availability.

WHAT WE OFFER:Competitive Salary ($100,000 - $160,000 per year)Production Bonus PayEmployee Referral ProgramMedical/Dental/Vision insuranceRelocation assistance availablePaid Time Off & holidaysContinuing Education time off and reimbursementFinancial Wellness Program401K with company matchPaid license fees, VIN/Plumbs membership, and Liability InsuranceWork/Life Balance (me time)CORE RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:Supports excellence in client experienceWorks collaboratively with HM and Medical DirectorPractices high quality, gold standard medicineExamine, diagnose, and treat animals brought into the veterinary clinic/hospital for medical carePerform surgical procedures as needed, including routine spay/neuter operations as well as more complex surgeriesPrescribe and administer medications, treatments, and preventative care plansCounsel pet owners on animal health, nutrition, behavior, and overall wellbeingInterpret diagnostic tests such as x-rays, blood work, etc. and develop treatment plansMaintain comprehensive patient medical records and documentationAssist in emergencies and provide urgent/critical care when neededEvaluate patient health through both conventional and alternative diagnostic approachesStay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in integrative veterinary medicineCOMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE:2+ years of clinical experienceValid and in good standing licensed veterinarian within the state of AZStrong clinical skills and sound medical judgmentGood communication skills, both written and verbalTime-management and delegation abilitiesExercises sound judgment and demonstrates exemplary decision-making skillsProfessionalism and courtesy in all interactions with othersApply today!
