Are you ready to lead and make a big impact? As a Regional Manager, you'll help make sure everything runs smoothly and profitably for several apartment communities. You'll work closely with the VP and make sure policies and activities are carried out successfully.
Build and lead a strong property management team
Keep good relationships with important agencies that improve the company's reputation
Make sure the properties are fully rented
Work with the finance team to meet housing rules and regulations
Manage budgets for property improvements
Help identify ways to improve properties
Provide great customer service for residents and property owners
Ensure safety practices are followed
Follow company policies and housing laws
What You should bring
At least 2 years of experience as a regional manager
Industry certification (preferred)
Proven success in management
Strong budgeting and leadership skills
Professionalism and excellent communication
Knowledge of housing laws
Ability to travel and multitask
Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Compensation Details
The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in California is $100,000 to $125,000 per year. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc. Bridge Property Management is a multi-state employer and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.
