The Chief of Staff will play a key role in supporting the two founding partners of Sirona Strategies by ensuring the efficient operation of the firm, driving key strategic initiatives for the firm and firm coalitions, and serving as an additional point of coordination for internal and external stakeholders. Approximately 70% of the Chief of Staff's time will be spent on internal strategic initiatives with the remaining 30% spent on large scale health policy projects for the firm's coalitions.The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-driven, and skilled in managing complex projects. This position does not have any direct reports, but the Chief of Staff will assist the partners in broader team management.Key Responsibilities:Executive Support:Serve as the right hand to the two founding partners, helping to manage day-to-day operations, prioritizing tasks, and supporting the office manager in getting necessary decisions and trouble shooting issues related to strategic initiatives.Strategic Planning and Execution:Drive key internal projects, ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic goals and growth objectives.Assist in the development and execution of the firm's business strategies, including the expansion of service offerings and client engagement.Coordinate across internal teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and effective communication.Communications:Facilitates effective internal communication between teams, ensuring that employees are informed about key initiatives, changes, and organizational news.Assists in public-facing communications initiatives as appropriate.Coordination:Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all initiatives are on track and meet deadlines.Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture by working closely with staff and external partners.Health Policy Strategic Initiatives:o
Work with Partners, Vice Presidents and Sr. Directors to identify health policy opportunities, develop work plans, and executing strategic approaches to advocacy.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MPA, MBA, JD) preferred.Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on strategic operations, nonprofit management, health policy and/or government contracting.Proven track record of setting up and managing 501(c)(3) organizations or similar entities.Deep understanding of government procurement processes and experience in securing contracts.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience in healthcare policy or consulting preferred but not required.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.Flexible work environment with opportunities for remote work.Application Process:
