An individual who is highly motivated and will advance productivity of a middle office team. This person will perform various daily activities as well as oversight of functions performed by other team members.

What you will be responsible for
As an Officer on the Claims Management team you will:Perform daily Claims activities.Communicate with internal teams across departments to research and resolve claims.Communicate (verbal and written) with clients and internal management related to claim activity and ad-hoc inquiries.Define, prioritize, and manage successful completion of ad hoc client requests, reports and/or projects. Ensure timeliness of deliverables and that final product meets client needs.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Resource for monitoring, reporting and resolution of escalated issues.Perform other duties as requested.What we value

4 year degree in relevant field.At least 3-5 years of industry experience. General understanding of securities operations and investment manager middle or back office operations preferred.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Computer proficient, including spreadsheet (MS Excel) and database applications skills.

Salary Range:$58,240 - $83,200 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
