We are seeking a proactive and energetic Office Manager to join our clients growing and dynamic aerospace manufacturing team. The Office Manager will be the central hub of our office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, flexible, and capable of working independently to support our team.
Location: City of Industry, CAPay Range: $70,000 - $85,000Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMEmployment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact at the front office, providing excellent customer service.Oversee daily office operations and support a smooth workflow.Report directly to the President/CEO, acting as a liaison for office-related matters.Manage inventory, maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, and office equipment.Handle financial tasks including billing and oversee office errands.Maintain office supply inventory and place orders proactively.Process sales orders and update data on recent transactions.Coordinate order pickups with customers and logistics partners.Seek opportunities for process and efficiency improvements within the office.Manage contracts and relationships with office vendors and service providers in collaboration with the facilities team.Work with the People team and security department to develop and implement office policies and procedures.Qualifications:
2 to 5 years of related experience in office management or administration.Strong organizational skills and a flexible approach to managing a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in basic mathematics and administrative software.Experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment.Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), ERP/CRM, or other computer-based programs.Friendly, professional demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills.Benefits:
