It fulfills us.Are you ready to join our cause?Responsibilities:WHAT YOU'L DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUEAs a Sr Digital Business Analyst for Canyon Ranch, you will support the digital product team responsible for supporting and enhancing business capabilities and features. The analyst will be responsible for collecting data, eliciting and documenting requirements, completing feasibility analysis and supporting rollout and training of features.Requirement Elicitation and Documentation:

Work closely with teams to understand business needs and document requirements to develop new capabilities to help colleagues be more efficient. Partner with technical stakeholders to elicit and capture technical requirements. Complete system analysis where necessary and analyze feasibility and risks; identify system specifications that need modifications. Review requirements with development teams, including off-shore and remote team members.Data Analysis:

Leverage existing data resources to complete analysis supporting decision making for new or enhanced features. As part of requirement documentation, capture data and reporting needs for future analysis.Test Preparation and Execution:

Develops and utilizes test plans, as well as performs system and report training as required. Outlines feature launch planDocumentation and Training:

Support business user adoption and system usage by creating thorough documentation and user training

Qualifications:WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFULSpecialized experience with 6-10 years experience in same or related field.Minimum Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
