Duties:
Administrative support on active construction site to the site-based project teamWork with Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Engineer, Construction Manager, and team to understand the scope of work, schedule, project instructions, and responsibilitiesData entry: Daily reports, RFI and Submittal LogsTrack DSA inspection logs, Skilled & Trained workforce, and contractor's insuranceMaintain job site-specific SDS and postingsAbility to take meeting minutesMaintain the physical and electronic filing system for each job adhering to company standardsFollow up with responsible parties to obtain/coordinate project informationRequirements:
Excellent attention to details and facility with numbersAbility to prioritize and multi-task, in a busy office environmentAbility to work under minimum supervision & resolve issues independently based on project/company standards and verification of facts prior to releasing documents to client or outside agenciesSelf-starter with strong multi-tasking and follow-up skillsIdentifies and resolves problems in a timely mannerGood judgment, logic, and ability to learn new things quicklyResponds to requests for service and assistanceSuperb organizational skills and desire to get it rightMust have good communication, teamwork, and organizational skillsProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Oracle Primavera Contract Manager, Oracle Submittal Exchange, Bluebeam, and/or construction knowledge a plus.Typing of at least 50 wpm with emphasis on accuracyA valid driver's license and acceptable driving history is requiredMust possess a high school diploma or GEDBenefits:
