We are a full-service garage that handles everything from oil changes to full-engine rebuilds. Key Responsibilities for an Automotive Service Manager :
Greet customers with a friendly smile and assess their vehicle service needsProvide accurate estimates and explain recommended servicesCoordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient serviceMaintain clear and open communication with customers throughout the service processManage customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptlyUphold our high standards of customer satisfaction and service qualityQualifications for an Automotive Service Manager:
