Salary Range:
$200,000 - $250,000 / year DOE
CFO Requirements:
8+ years of experience in financial management, with 5+ years at senior levelStrong background in the Technology industryCPA requiredExperience with M&A and ERP implementationExperience with small company finances preferredExperience with Business Central is a plusInternational experience or IFRS preferredHighly developed communication and leadership skillsAbility to work a hybrid schedule from their office in the Chicago Metropolitan AreaCFO Responsibilities:
Manage the financial control environment to mitigate risksOversee cash flow management, including debt collection, accounts payables, stock-taking, and forecastingEnsure robust record-keeping for audit trails and balance sheet reconciliationsManage mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration, drive growth initiatives and cost optimization strategiesEnsure compliance with financial regulations and standardsOversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end IFRS financial reporting for international counterpartsConduct financial evaluations and optimize the P&L from top to bottomOversight of the operational finance teams to ensure efficient functioning of all financial related dutiesCFO Benefits:
