Loan Operations Associate

We are looking for a Loan Operations Associate with at least 2 years of experience to join our client's team located in Naperville, IL. This full-time position involves managing the daily maintenance and servicing of consumer and commercial loans.
Key Responsibilities:Deliver outstanding customer service as an information resource for external loan customers via phone and email.Provide internal support for loan-related inquiries.Prepare payoff letters for consumer loans.Enter new consumer and commercial loans into the core loan system.Process payments and advances for existing loans.Handle all file maintenance for loan servicing.Monitor expiring insurance on consumer loans.Prepare lien releases and title releases for paid loans.Track collateral and insurance documentation.Ensure compliance with policies and regulations to maintain operational integrity.Assist with additional loan servicing tasks and special projects as assigned by the manager.Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan operations or a related field.Understanding of customer service principles, including needs assessment and customer satisfaction.Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.Strong active listening and critical thinking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Flexibility regarding work schedule.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Pay Details:
$17.00 to $20.00 per hour
