Job Purpose
Assistant National Manager - Field Parts & Service (Customer Care) supports the Parts and Service Field in activities aimed at the achievement and growth of: Customer Service Satisfaction with a significant emphasis on Treatment and Convenience leading to achievement of VSS goals, CS process improvement, improvement of Dealer CS recovery efforts and National presentation support.This position will build successful relationships with Dealers, National Staff and Honda Field personnel using verbal and written correspondence to accomplish AHM's goals and objectives.The successful candidate is expected to analyse data, identify gaps, recommend improvement activities, manage projects, create presentations from his/her analysis, and report results to Executive Management.The successful candidate is also expected to build relationships with Zone Management and National Departments. This is a developmental position.

Achievement of oil change service time ofManage DPSM CommitteeSupport all Business Plan Projects/ASPsAchievement of assigned Customer Treatment objectivesAchievement of assigned Customer Convenience objectivesAchievement of assigned VSS objectivesField Training Management/CoordinationHandling & Coordination of additional activities as assigned
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work related experience.Automotive dealership retail Service and/or Parts experience preferred.Experience as a Senior District Parts and Service ManagerExperience related to achieving high and consistent CS performance at the dealer levelStrong understanding of CS data and analysis tools.Strong understanding of Express Service and Accelerated Service ProgramsExperience related to working with National departments and personnelStrong analytical abilities to identify ongoing opportunities and make recommendations to managementStrong written, verbal and presentation communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsProven ability to work with cross functional teamsWorking knowledge of AHM CSE Data, reporting and analyticsWorking knowledge of AHM ACE Data, reporting and analyticsWorking knowledge of AHM Post Service Follow-up ProgramWorking knowledge of conducting mystery shopsWorking knowledge of conducting time studiesWorking knowledge of conducting staffing assessmentsWorking knowledge of AHM Service Advisor Skills Training resources
