Job Title : Senior Contracts Manager
Principal Duties and Responsibilities :
Draft, manage, and review non-standard contracts, service agreements, and large project contracts and process in accordance with the contract matrix. Identify and summarize any contractual risks per matrix.Coordinate and manage legal and/or security reviews for above-threshold, high-risk, or government contracts.Prepare contract addenda when necessary, per contract matrix.Escalate complex legal issues to the CFO and/or Corporate Legal and assist in finding a resolution.Lead the entire life cycle of contracts from initiation to execution. Communicate and manage the workflow for all contract stages. Set up and maintain an effective tracking and filing system in accordance with the Company’s record retention policies.Maintain and update standard form agreements created by Corporate Legal. In partnership with Corporate Legal, stay abreast of legal developments impacting contracting, including federal, state, and local government contracting.Work with Corporate Legal to be sure corporate records are accurate, including list of officers and the Company’s Data Sheet.Working with the Presidents and CFO, oversee the maintenance of the Contract and Quote approval matrices.Provide training and guidance to business partners regarding the contract review and approval process.Stay up to date on best practices related to contract administration.This role may be responsible for delegating tasks to one or more direct reports, overseeing their performance, and mentoring them.Job Specifications

12-15 years’ proven experience in contract management or a contract-focused paralegal role.Strong knowledge of administrative processes and procedures, particularly those related to contract setup.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Proficiency in using computer software and applications, particularly accounting or contract management systems.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring accurate and error-free work.Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.Travel to various work sites as required.
