More information is available at www.crisis24.garda.comWho We Are Looking ForThe Renewal Specialist plays a vital role in supporting our Account Management Team by overseeing the contract renewal process for select accounts. This position involves digitally managing agreements and assisting external clients with their account inquiries, additions, and modifications.Location: Remote within the US
What You Will Work OnCommunicate & collaborate as needed with Account Manager's to successfully complete renewal opportunities and offer the client a seamless experienceFacilitate the renewal of client opportunities at least 45 days in advance of their contract expiration date internally and externallyUpdate client information within Salesforce, and within client agreements in the Contract Management application and or SharePoint in a timely manner, as neededProactively anticipate client needs and effectively communicate ways to support them including outreach to Crisis24 subject matter expertsNegotiate any new terms that may arise such as upsells, downgrades, using defined parameters agreed by the business to ensure the clients continued patronage and minimizing any potential revenue lossBuild relationships with clients to develop, retain and secure future businessDocument all client and sales activities in Salesforce and associated outcomes to track success from initiation to completion.Effectively utilize all internal and technological resources for intentional client outreachCollaborate with Contracts Team and Operations Team to make any necessary changes or updates to client agreements/subscriptions/programs.Provide support to Accounts Receivable (A/R) to achieve on-time payment of all Client invoices based on contractual payment terms.
What You Will Bring2-4 years' experience sales, sales support or customer service preferredExcellent active listening, communication, organization, and follow through skillsProven time management with ability to manage multiple projects and prioritizing competing tasksAbility to understand clients' business and fit with Crisis24 Integrated Risk Management products and servicesStrong interpersonal skills including oral and written communicationsExperience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce), MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint and Help Desk Support SoftwareBachelor's degree required or relevant proven experience
Information SecurityProtect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
