JOB SUMMARY:The Registrar's Office Work Study assists with the maintenance of student records, performs general administrative tasks, and provides support with Credit Recovery student registration and customer service to students, faculty, and staff as needed. Job duties include: maintaining student files, processing transcript requests, maintaining student database information, and processing registration materials. This position is 10 hours per week.Examples of Duties

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES NEEDED TO PERFORM THIS ROLE:
Previous office work experience is required.Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and web are preferred.Speaking and writing proficiently in the English language are required.The person needs to be a self-starter, self-directed, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task.Strong organizational, phone and writing skills are required as well as an attitude of serving and putting the customer first.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Previous office work experience is required.Supplemental Information
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS :
This position requires working at a computer, typing, sitting, and standing.This position requires use of office equipment such as computers, printers, telephones, copiers, adding machines, fax machines, and scanners.This position is 10-20 hours per week.
