What you'll do:
The Treasurer is a critical member of the finance team responsible for overseeing all treasury functions, managing banking relationships, ensuring compliance with credit agreement covenants, and fulfilling all reporting requirements. This role also includes leading financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, spearheading long-term financial planning, and working closely with the Private Equity (PE) firm, IGNEO, on strategic planning initiatives. The Treasurer will play a key role in shaping the company's financial strategy and ensuring its long-term financial health.
Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of the company's treasury operations, including cash flow management, liquidity planning, and investment strategies.Oversee daily cash management, ensuring optimal cash levels and efficient use of working capital.Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard the company's financial assets.Establish and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, negotiating terms and managing all banking services.Monitor and manage banking fees, ensuring cost-effective services.Ensure compliance with all banking agreements and oversee the execution of banking transactions.Ensure compliance with all covenants under credit agreements, including timely and accurate reporting.Monitor financial ratios and covenants, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.Coordinate with legal and finance teams to manage credit facility renewals, amendments, and negotiations.Lead the FP&A function, providing financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets that align with company objectives.Analyze financial performance against benchmarks and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.Lead the development of the company's long-term financial strategy, aligning financial goals with business objectives.Create and maintain long-term financial models and projections, considering market trends, business risks, and growth opportunities.Work closely with the CFO and executive team to shape the company's long-term capital structure and financing strategy.Serve as the primary liaison with the Private Equity firm on all financial planning needs.Provide regular financial updates, reports, and analyses to the PE firm.Collaborate on the development and execution of long-term strategic financial plans.Experience and SkillsWhat you bring to the team:To be successful in this position, you should bring the following qualifications, experiences, and education:
Strong understanding of credit agreements, banking operations, and financial modeling.Experience working with Private Equity firms is highly desirable.Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Highly accurate math and accounting skills.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Work, Outlook, and SharePoint.Ability to discreetly handle confidential information.Must be able to build relationships with people and maintain professional demeanor in the office.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury management, financial planning and analysis, or a related finance field.CPA, CFA, or CTP certification highly preferred.What We Offer:In return for your hard work and commitment, you will enjoy a supportive and inclusive workplace, along with the following benefits:
