Prior Aerospace experience and language skills required
Remote or Hybrid position
Willing to provide a $5K relocation allowance for candidates willing to relocate to Milwaukee
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies and business plans for the aftermarket
business to achieve sales goals and expand market presence
2. Create and provide necessary marketing material to sell and market services and capabilities
3. Participate in tradeshows as needed to represent and promote company
4. Meet company business/sales goals for assigned territories
5. Develop an understanding of customer's product demands and trends
6. Communicate with customers by phone, fax, and email
7. Manage daily customer quotations
8. Prepare and maintain reports for customers and management as needed
9. Manage the responsibilities of Customer Services
Requirements:
1. Extensive knowledge of the aerospace business and the customer base
2. Ability to develop customer loyalty and business growth for the Aftermarket business
3. Cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities, and account management skills critical
4. Understanding of the global aerospace market and the aerospace aftermarket trends, issues,
events and requirement
5. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
7. Highly motivated, energetic, and success oriented
8. Courteous, tactful, and possess excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
9. Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
10. Sales or account management experience required
11. Proficient in Windows environment, including Microsoft Word, Excel
12. Bachelor's degree and/or 5-7 years related experience
13. Foreign language skills required
Training:
•Pentagon Basics
•Export & ITAR compliance
•Aerospace Industry Quality Training (Which includes QMS training, FAA 00 56, Traceability, 8130-3
documents, PAH's, ESD, Suspected unapproved Parts, Shelf Life/LLP's, AD's, ATA Spec 300, PMA
Parts, Direct Ship Authority, Repair Stations and Standard Terminology
