Job Description:
The Marketing Coordinator will support branding, content creation, digital marketing, and public relations efforts. This role involves managing various marketing projects and daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:Participate in update sessions and weekly meetings.Maintain a marketing calendar for social media posts and emails.Communicate daily with the executive team.Manage social media posts across multiple platforms.Upload video projects to online platforms.Use email marketing tools for campaigns and workflows.Prepare and upload marketing lead lists.Create graphics for emails and social media.Order promotional items.Revise and update marketing materials.Conduct product and marketing research.Schedule and register for trade shows.Update website content.Handle other marketing projects as assigned.Qualifications:
Preferred BA or BS in Marketing.Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop/InDesign, and Canva.Ability to work independently when necessary.Additional Details:
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to FridayContract Type: Contract-to-HirePerks:
