Using patent-pending technologies licensed on a worldwide, exclusive basis from South Dakota State University and developed internally, the Company is upgrading soybean meal to high-quality ingredients used in aquaculture and other animal feeds. JOB DUTIESThe Vice President of Manufacturing will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Chief Commercialization Officer and the Vice President of Research. This critical role is responsible for leading and enhancing a skilled team to support the operational and expansion needs of our 30,000-ton-per-year protein ingredient manufacturing facility. Key responsibilities include overseeing production, logistics, maintenance, safety, and quality control, as well as managing both capital and operational expenses.We are seeking a Guru of Operational Excellence and Industrial Biological Processing, a process-oriented leader who thrives on making data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
