We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee our growing manufacturing plant's personnel, functions, operations, and infrastructures. We are looking for an individual who believes in teamwork, is results driven, and who naturally wants to work with and empower employees to meet their individual goals. The candidate must have effective communication and leadership skills to direct, motivate, inspire, and delegate responsibilities to multiple departments. The ability to quickly resolve issues, provide solutions, facilitate productivity and prevent disruptions is required. This professional multitasker will coordinate the plant's manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with company objectives, quality systems, and customer product expectations. This long-term opportunity will allow a reliable and dedicated person to lead an established group of hardworking knowledgeable employees to new levels of achievement.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Hands on leadership in establishing operations standards for safety, quality, on time delivery, cost control, process improvement and waste reduction.Identify potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, enhancing the organization's resilience and adaptability.Troubleshoot and resolve operations, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.Drive and instill a culture of continuous improvement.Give direction to each department at the start of each shift. Ensure ALL department hold daily task meetings (10 Minutes) to review the days expected work, issues and changes from the previous day's work, etc. - Keep all communications open.Foster a culture of clear accountability and high productivity.Build trusting relationships encouraging open dialogue and transparency.Enforces high performance standards, ensuring the team's focus aligns with our mission.Be results and data driven and be able to effect change based on data.Promote a focus on our customers' needs and anticipate and respond to changes.Responsible for the performance of all manufacturing employees, this includes all departments of manufacturing.Responsible for coordination of manufacturing and logistics issues and challenges.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field6+ years of experience in fieldExperience in plant management and manufacturing operationsStrong communication, management and supervisory skills
