About the Role:Principal ServiceNow Developer will lead our ServiceNow development initiatives. In this position you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform that meet the complex needs of our organization. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, provide technical leadership, and ensure best practices are followed in the development, configuration, and integration of ServiceNow modules.
Key Responsibilities:Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow applications and integrations.Design scalable, robust, and innovative ServiceNow solutions that align with business needs and technical requirements. Guide the architecture and implementation of core ITSM processes, custom applications, and integrations.Provide deep expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, HRSD, and others. Stay up to date with new features, functionalities, and best practices in ServiceNow.Mentor and lead a team of ServiceNow developers, offering guidance and support in code reviews, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using the ServiceNow platform. Ensure that solutions are efficient, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and smooth operation across platforms.Ensure all ServiceNow solutions adhere to security standards and regulatory requirements. Implement access controls, encryption, and other security measures as needed.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all customizations, configurations, and workflows. Provide training and support to end-users and other developers as necessary.Monitor the performance and health of the ServiceNow platform, identifying and resolving any issues proactively to ensure optimal performance.Collaborate with IT leadership, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, with 6+ years of relevant experience, ORMaster's degree in a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience, OR6+ years of equivalent work experience in ServiceNow development and administration without a degreeOptional but Beneficial:

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $127,500.00-$184,800.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 30% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
