The Role
The Measurement team is essential to adMarketplace's mission of delivering data-driven insights and optimizing media value for our advertisers and publishers. As a key driver of business impact, the team ensures that media performance is accurately measured and that clients are equipped to maximize outcomes based on transparent, understandable and actionable insights.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in digital marketing measurement and a deep understanding of diverse methodologies, from Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) to Incremental Lift Testing. This high visibility role has frequent interactions with C-suite executives, and plays a pivotal role in shaping our strategic measurement approach during a period of rapid company growth.
What You'll Do
As the Director of Measurement, solidifying and expanding our measurement capabilities which enable us to optimize client media performance.Help client advertisers address their measurement questions through creative solutions spanning a combination of their existing solutions and our preferred toolset.Guide AMP measurement and testing efforts in partnership with AMP and working with our publisher partnerships through design, implementation, analysis, and insights delivery.Enable AMP account teams in better understanding measurement and analytics concepts to support better client engagement.Work closely with our clients, and product team stakeholders to shape the consumer experience.Support ideation and formulation of more effective measurement approaches for AMP to employ with their client advertisers and publishers..Work with AMP cross-functional teams to shape client experience and AMP solutions.Who You Are
Digital media professional with 5+ years of experience with and multiple measurement solutions (MMM, MTA, and Incremental Lift Testing).Possess a bias-to-action, "can-do" attitude, and willingness to proactively solve issues and see projects through to completion.Growth-oriented individual who is curious and hungry to learn more, can mentor and manage more junior team members, and is willing to get their own hands dirty.Qualifications and Skills
Client-facing role preferably at a media or CRM agency, or measurement consultancy.Effectively distill measurement methodologies and deliver results in plain English.Experience with analytics platforms (Adobe, GA)Analytical and problem-solving skills such as diagnosing and identifying root causes of data tracking issues as well as unearth findings and insights to share with clients.Hands-on knowledge of SQL and Tableau to support data analyses is a plus.Bachelor's degree in relevant field (computer science, engineering, or mathematics).
*Compensation Range:
$160,000 - $200,000

Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; and other business and organizational needs.
