Rain and Hail has over 1,000 adjusters on the ground at any given time ready to serve our policyholders, so no matter where you are, we are always close by.

Overview:
Our summer internship program offers the chance to have practical, real-world experience at one of the largest, most respected crop insurance companies in the industry. As a part of the program, you will have the opportunity to work on business specific projects where you will gain knowledge and experience to supplement and strengthen your academic skills. This program encompasses a 360-degree tour of our lines of business, including hands-on projects in a variety of disciplines, interactive classroom instruction, team assignments and direct interaction with our senior executives. You will learn the field claims side of the business as well as the marketing side.
We are seeking a self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented intern to join our team from June to early August of 2025. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our claims and marketing side of the business where you will have classroom as well as field experience.
Qualifications
Students pursuing a bachelor's degree in any major will be considered.Students who have completed their junior year preferred.Strong GPA; 3.0 or higher preferred.Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Self-directed and able to work in teams and individually.Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.Willing to travel locally.
