What you will do:

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

Lead the strategy, design and execution of the company's talent acquisition programs to drive company and human capital strategiesCollaborate and partner with HR and business leadership to understand key concerns and build solutions that will successfully attract high quality, diverse and critical talentLeverage knowledge of market conditions and competitive talent landscape while driving fairness and compliance in talent acquisition practices and policiesProvide strategic oversight of front line, managerial and executive talent acquisition programs, including overseeing third party / executive search firmsEngage resources such as external consultants / contractors, as needed, to develop, execute and refine programsEstablish and measure key talent acquisition program metrics to understand the effectiveness of the talent acquisition strategyDrive external employer and candidate branding strategy by partnering with internal and external resourcesOptimize and simplify TA systems and processes to consistently improve executionRecruit top talent to join the companyBuild and increase effectiveness of the university relations and new college hiring programRECRUITMENT

Job Posting: Creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and company websites.Sourcing: Identifying potential candidates through active sourcing techniques, such as networking, referrals, and headhunting.Screening: Reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.Interview Coordination: Scheduling interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.Candidate Assessment

Behavioral Interviews: Conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.Reference Checks: Verifying candidate information through reference checks.Assessments: Administering pre-employment assessments, such as aptitude tests or personality assessments.Requirements

8+ years of related talent acquisition experienceA deep understanding, developed through experience, of the talent acquisition landscape in a high growth environmentDemonstrated experience working in a fast-paced organization that require high levels of influence, relationship-building, and agility to secure necessary support for talent acquisition initiativesDemonstrated capability to interact directly with front line and VP-level leadersProven experience developing, continually advancing and scaling talent acquisition programs, systems and administrative guidelines based on business needs and long-range objectivesStrong project management, people management and collaboration skillsResilient with a high level of personal integrity and energyStrong business acumen, capable of connecting business goals to talent acquisition practices in order to drive the most impactful hiring investmentsAbility to influence at all levels through clear, informed, and logical business justification and discussionHands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databasesProven experience in successfully managing through change and achieving deliverables against aggressive deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPreferred:
