Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment team and drive the company’s talent acquisition strategy. In this role, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, develop innovative sourcing techniques, and ensure we attract, hire, and retain top talent that aligns with our business objectives and company values.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and culture.

Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates.

Partner with department heads and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and forecast future talent requirements.

Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Streamline recruitment workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-hire.

Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience, from application through onboarding.

Manage external recruiting partnerships and vendor relationships, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.

Promote and implement strategies to increase diversity within the company’s workforce.

Partner with HR to ensure recruitment practices are aligned with company values.

Enhance the company’s employer brand by creating compelling job descriptions, marketing campaigns, and social media outreach.

Monitor and improve candidate satisfaction, ensuring the company is viewed as an employer of choice.

Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost per-hire, and candidate quality.

Use data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment strategies and address any bottlenecks.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on leadership roles or management-level positions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Proven track record of managing a recruitment team and scaling hiring processes in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and HR compliance.

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and stakeholders.

Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
