Summary:

Serve as a value-add consultant for new/existing customers, leverage Werner Electric's products and services, and develop long term business partnerships.

Minimum RequirementsHigh School Diploma (Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred).Professional business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.Motivated, collaborative, entrepreneurial, and customer-focused.Construction industry experience preferred.Duties & Responsibilities

Grow and manage a designated book of business to achieve profitability goals.Continuously prospect and develop new business opportunities.Understand customer needs and communicate value propositions.Update customer relationship management (CRM) system to track sales activity and progress towards goals.Conduct sales visits with regular and prospective customers.Deliver product presentations and demonstrations.Prepare accurate reports of business transactions and manage expense accounts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement commercial strategies.Attend trade shows to stay up to date with industry trends.Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.Provide direction and assistance to customer-facing functional groups.Ensure safe and efficient travel throughout assigned territory.Perform other related duties as assigned.Company Overview
