Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Director, Compensation & Business Partner to join our Global People Team. This role is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of the SingleStore's global compensation & benefits programs ensuring both employees and the organization thrive. Working with the C-level leadership team, this role will focus on driving programs that engage our talent, enrich our culture, and ensure high-performing teams at all levels. This role will also serve as a trusted advisor/business partner to a key function within the business. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in compensation design and implementation, exceptional consulting skills, and strong knowledge of global people practices especially within the technology industry.
Role and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the global total rewards strategy ensuring alignment with SingleStore's business goals and talent strategyDesign and oversee the development of compensation structures and incentive plans that are competitive with market trends and best practices. Ensure these programs are equitable and cost effective, aligning with the company's visionEstablish and maintain a global governance framework for compensation and benefits ensuring total rewards policies and practices are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across regions and countriesConduct regular market analyses to benchmark company compensation against industry standards and trends. Make data driven recommendations for adjustments ensuring competitive and equitable pay practicesContribute to a global people strategy and execute initiatives to drive business success by evolving and amplifying our culture, enabling manager effectiveness, and delivering a world-class employee experienceRequired Experience
10+ years progressive experience in a compensation and/or people business partner/HR OperationsExpertise in the design and management of global compensation programs, understanding compensation regulations and strategies in the US (additional experience in EMEA, APAC, preferred)Experience serving as a dedicated People Business Partner to C-level executives with a proven track record of influencing and coaching senior leaders & their teamsProven track record of making sound, data driven decisions to effectively support and enhance the businessDemonstrated experience developing materials for Board presentation and disclosures, preferredExceptional consulting & communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentBenefits

SingleStore's base salary range for this position is: $150,000 - $200,000
