Account Manager
Purpose : As an account managery ou will work as a supervisor to oversee and document all aspects of one or more scopes of work including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. You will work with upper management, field personnel, general contractors, and other customers both internal and external to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Allocate budget for each scope of work from estimating departmentMaintain an effective relationship with field personnel and work with general superintendents and site superintendents to keep projects moving toward completionReport on job progress to upper management and other departmentsEnsure projects maintain a high quality of installation through effective leadershipOversee day-to-day operations to include budget, subcontractor agreements and pay, submittals, change orders, and material coordinationManage accruals and billing for each scope of workInstill company values in direct and indirect reportsQualifications:
