The person will act as the QC Manager on a Design/Build Environmental Remediation project. This full-time position is based in Anchorage, Alaska but will require remote field work in a camp situation in Umiat, Alaska.Responsibilities:ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESThe Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position and are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job. Other duties may be assigned.Create and manage project submittal registersAssist with creating project specific Quality Control PlansCollection & Submission of all necessary submittalsCoordination & lead Preparatory Phase meetingsConduct Initial Phase & Follow UP Phase Meetings as requiredAssure safety requirement are strictly adhered toPrepare and submit daily Quality Control reports as required by contract

The CQCSMs experience shall also include implementation of onsite/in situ environmental remediation.PreferredExperience in remote locations is a camp-type settingMust have working knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software (MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and OutlookValid Drivers LicenseAbility to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with military personnel, management and colleagues,Experience using Resident Management SystemNECESSARY PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Employees must always maintain a constant state of mental alertness.
