to apply!Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledSUMMARYStampede Ventures, Inc., a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation, is currently seeking a local and qualified General Construction Superintendent IDIQ Task Order type contract. The Superintendent is directly responsible for the safe and efficient execution of the project and will be onsite for the duration of the projects. This includes implementation of the project plans as well as project oversight and coordination with the project team. This position requires a close working relationship with the Project Manager, Site Safety & Health Officer, Foreman, and Quality Control/Quality Assurance Manager (QM), as well as other project team members.The Site Superintendent must have at least 3 years of applicable experience on projects involving civil construction, railroad, utilities, infrastructure, etc. The Site Superintendent is required to possess the ability to prepare written technical reports, covering all aspects of construction activities; ability to track site costs daily; ability to manage and ensure proper execution of multiple simultaneous subcontracts and/or vendors of varying types and complexity; ability to track site costs routinely; demonstrated ability to mediate with tact when dealing with customers.Responsibilities:ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESThe Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position and are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job.
