Overview
Amyx is seeking to hire a Service Desk Specialist for our Defense Logistics Agency contract remotely.Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to)
Will assist in running a ticket managing system.
Will work IT monitoring tools from a user perspective.Will assist with end user customer service.Will perform queue management within the ServiceNow ticketing system and resolve incidents according to SLAs.Will perform light system administration within AMPS for end-user accounts.Will monitor the AMPS application and report any technical or performance issues to management and AMPS team.Will perform regular and ad hoc reporting of metrics as required.Will attend team meetings as required.Will assist in additional tasks as assigned.Technologies used: Oracle and ServiceNow
Qualifications
Required:
Some college experience, six months in related IT position.Must possess a 8570 IAT Level 2 and corresponding CE requirement.Must have the ability to communicate accurate information.Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC).Must have experience providing customer service in a help desk environment.Must be able to work on issues independently and as a part of a team.Desired Skills:
