RESPEC Company, LLC, a nationally recognized engineering consulting company, is seeking an individual to provide professional engineering services as part of our office in Tampa, Florida. The candidate will be involved with all types of planning, design, and specialty services related to public and private drinking water, wastewater, reclaimed water, and stormwater projects. Professional Engineering (PE) license is required.
Qualifications
At a minimum, the successful candidate must have the following qualifications.A bachelor of science degree in civil, environmental, or a related engineering fieldExperience with municipal and private clients in FloridaApproximately 15+ years of technical experienceProfessional engineer license in Florida or ability to obtain license within 6 months of start dateProject experience including successful delivery of civil engineering planning studies, designs, and construction documents.Additional preferred qualifications include the following:
Experience in providing engineering services in Hillsborough, Manatee, Pinellas, and Sarasota CountiesFamiliarity with development and design processes that are specific to Tampa Bay Area CountiesRegulatory/permitting submittals and processingTechnical writingClient interface and communicationsDrinking water, wastewater, and/or reclaimed water design experiencePractical application of various hydrology/hydraulics software (e.g. ICPR, InfoWater, WaterCAD, etc.)Experience in developing and guiding construction plan package preparationExperience with AutoCAD, Autodesk Civil 3D, and ArcGIS.Additional Information

Salary Range:
Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
