Business Systems Analyst

Insight Global is seeking an experienced business analyst to join a large Medical Device company local to Minnesota. This role will be working along side 3 other Business Systems Analysts to aid in defining and writing regulations between two different engineering groups. The main focus of the requirements will be around the servers used for products. Having experience with implantable devices will aid in the success of this position.
Additional Expectations:-Write and Perform Reviews of requirements and design specifications to ensure the delivery of high-quality software-follow medical device software procedures and standards-Participate in daily stand-up meetings and other agile activities such as retrospectives and reviews.

Required Skills & Experience-5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment-Proven track record of fabrication and delivery of requirements based on research and stakeholder feedback-Ability to gather feedback on the quality of the requirements from different stakeholders and drive consensus-Experience working the Medical Device industry or other highly regulated industries-Experience in an Agile software development environment
