Essential Functions Statement(s): Review resident manufacturing plan for proper instructions and specificationsEnsure all necessary parts and materials are presentUtilize specified layup mold (LM) or mandrelComplete layup of part per the manufacturing planInspect each step in the process for quality and presence of Foreign Object Debris (FOD)Visually inspect finished parts for qualityClean part per specificationsBag part per specificationsPlace part on outgoing production shelvesParticipate in continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practicesAssist with standard operating procedures for all production operationsMaintain a clean and organized work areaReplace all tools and materials when job(s) are completeProperly dispose of any/all hazardous materialsEnsure all health and safety guidelines are followedUtilize all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE)Other duties as assignedPOSITION QUALIFICATIONSCompetency Statement(s)Demonstrated success in production within a fast-paced, technically focused environment is essential.
