Who We're Looking For:
As a key member of the Urology team, the
Regional
Sales Manager
is responsible for generating new business, meeting/exceeding revenue targets and supporting Laborie's customers through the activities of their sales representatives. A key activity in the role is motivating and advising sales representatives to improve their performance by effective planning, setting sales goals, effective coaching of team members, and working cross functionally with other departments.
About the Role: Responsible for achieving quota through sales team; create and execute comprehensive strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives assigned, anticipate internal and external business issues to align priorities, strategies and tactics. Recruit, hire, train, and manage sales representatives; manage resources to ensure sales and financial objectives are met, leveraging knowledge of competitive advantage and profit drivers. Develop relationships with key internal/external customers to exceed sales objectives and to identify emerging needs and business challenges; influence customer and/or organizational leadership through effective listening and communication to exceed objectives. Create and execute effective strategies to develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline; develop value-added solutions that meet customer business needs and shares key learnings with others. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field required. 5 years of demonstrated successful sales experience required, healthcare or business to business sales experience preferred. At least 2 years Sales Management of direct or independent sales representative experience required. Ability to travel 75% of time within defined territory. Why Laborie:
