We're hiring Bon Apptit Management Company operates more than 1,000 cafs around the country for corporations, universities, and museums, as well as a few dozen public restaurants. We've led the industry in socially and environmentally responsible sourcing, from sustainable seafood to cage-free eggs. We cook everything from scratch using fresh, local ingredients. Role Summary: Working as the Controller, you will oversee all the accounting and control functions for the Compass Group at Google account. This includes all revenue and expense reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and monthly financial reporting requirements. This position reports into the Regional Controller, Bay Area and will leverage their strong financial and accounting skills to partner with key stakeholders (culinary, hospitality, concept development, procurement, risk management, operations and HR), to promote financial best practices in line with Bon Appetit's standards and Google Food expectations while maintaining enhanced user experience. Responsibilities Manage, develop and the support accounting team, including hiring, mentoring, coaching, succession planning, etc. to create a strong financial team that can meet our partners financial goals while managing the food program.
