Position OverviewThe Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the production facility. This includes creating and maintaining production schedules, managing job assignments, overseeing payroll, ensuring safety and OSHA compliance, and developing and implementing the manufacturing plan. The Plant Manager will also serve as the primary contact for project management, warranty, and repairs, and will lead training programs and process change management initiatives.Primary Job RolesDevelop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.Coordinate with the Production Manager and various departments to ensure timely completion of production goals.Allocate daily, weekly, and monthly job assignments to staff.Monitor progress and adjust assignments as needed to meet production targets.Oversee payroll processes for production, on-site production, and delivery teams.Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing.Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and OSHA standards.Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to maintain a safe work environment.Develop and implement the manufacturing plan to optimize production efficiency.Monitor production metrics and adjust plans as necessary to achieve goals.Serve as the primary contact for project management, coordinating with clients and internal teams.Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Manage warranty and repair processes, ensuring timely resolution of issues.Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and repairs.Develop and implement training programs for new and existing employees.Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as needed.Lead initiatives to improve operational processes and implement changes.Ensure all process changes are communicated effectively to the team.Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.Strong knowledge of production processes, safety regulations, and OSHA standards.Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.Proficiency in payroll software and production management systems.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Bilingual is a PLUSCompensation and BenefitsSalary: 115.00+; depending on experienceMedical, Vision, DentalPTO401(k) Safe Harbor with a company matchLife InsuranceLong/Short Term Disability InsuranceWork LocationCleburne Manufacturing Plant
