Scope of Leadership Role
Seeking a highly motivated Treasury Director that will serve as a key member of the Global Treasury Leadership Team. This is a leadership role that is responsible for implementing strategy, managing teams, implementing best practices, risk mitigation and compliance, and providing leadership. Responsible for leveraging one's expertise and experience to improve Regal's treasury functions in the ever-changing global landscape.
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Treasury, the Treasury Director is responsible for driving our Treasury Initiatives forward aimed at evolving our operations to a best-in-class Treasury Organization. Along with leading our change initiatives, the Treasury Director will have oversight in cash forecasting, cash management, and developing RRX's treasury technology roadmap. The Treasury Director will lead 2 direct reports and have 4 additional indirect reports. The Treasury Director must be forward thinking and have the ability to expeditiously execute global initiatives. The successful candidate must be able to generate win-win outcomes by building partnerships across the enterprise while aligning expectations and integrating various points of view.
Key Responsibilities
Leads the Global Treasury Operations team responsible for cash operations, funding, cash forecasting, and Treasury technology.Develops strategy and builds out of Global Treasury COE model to help drive economies of scale by centralizing treasury functions globally.Partners with the Head of Treasury in initiatives related to bank relationship management and drives the bank rationalization initiatives.Supports M&A activity as required and owns the workstream to integrate banking and operations post-acquisition.Provides thought leadership on processes and implements best practices in the treasury operating model globally.Partners with the Head of Treasury to develop and/or update policies around treasury governance along with KPIs to measure and report adherence to these policies and controls.Collaborates cross functionally with leaders in corporate finance and shared services to drive operational excellence and change management leadership.Coach, lead and develop a diverse team of treasury professionals in taking the treasury talent in our organization to the next level.Partners with the Head of Treasury and the Treasury Capital Market's teams to develop a Treasury Technology Roadmap, including Treasury Management System (GTreasury), Hedge Trackers, TIS and various global banking portals. Leading internal teams on implementations of new modules or upgrades, including increased utilization and best practice.Identifies, proposes and implements cost-saving and profit maximizing opportunities to help drive our continuous improvement aspirations.Provides financial analysis and project status updates to executive management as required.Professional Experience/Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required in Finance or Accounting. CPA or CTP preferred.Advanced degree in business5+ years' experience managing a team (direct and indirect).10+ years of progressive experience with multi-national corporation, or combined experience with Big 4 accounting firm or large commercial or investment bank.Significant hands-on experience with financial analysis, forecasting, and treasury management.Experience within a large multi-national treasury organization, preferably in manufacturing.knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP accounting rules is preferred.Advanced MS Excel skills and knowledge of treasury and financial software packages.Treasury Management System implementation experience is highly preferred.Knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion and OneStream are a plus.Demonstrated ability to create and build strategically while maintaining willingness and ability to execute in a hands-on way.Travel: Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and globally.Benefits
