Scope of Role:

The Corporate Finance Manager, FP&A will be responsible for supporting and driving financial activities pertaining to budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis of the Income Statement and Working Capital for Regal Rexnord Corporation, a $6B publicly traded global manufacturer. The Finance Manager position allows for excellent exposure and growth within the organization. This position will report to the Corporate Finance Director, FP&A and will be based out of our Rosemont, Illinois office.

Specific Responsibilities Include:Weekly monitoring of Orders, Sales, Profit, Working Capital and Cash against targetsExamine, analyze and interpret financial data to determine trends and gaps within the resultsConsolidate and roll up monthly forecasts for the 3 operating segments and CorporatePublish Monthly Financial Reporting ScorecardSupport prep for the quarterly Earnings Releases and Board of Director meetingsParticipate in the annual 3-year strategic planning and annual operating planning (AOP) processes including establishing assumptions, spreadsheet modeling, consolidation, analysis and presentation preparationPrepare ad-hoc financial analysis to assist in management decisionsDrive process improvements in planning, budgeting, forecasting and managerial reportingCoach and develop a Senior Financial AnalystBuild successful partnerships with Corporate Finance and Segment FP&A leadersPerform other related duties and involvement in special projects when requiredAttend training, seminars and workshops as deemed necessaryMinimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Business, or Finance7-10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience; manufacturing experience and previous FP&A experience is a plusCPA and/or MBA preferredAdvance experience with Hyperion and/or OneStreamSelf-starter, strong desire of getting results and willingness to learnAble to multi-task while being detail-orientedManage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressureExcellent interpersonal and communication/presentation skillsMust be a team player and willing to step in and help out on projects when necessaryIntermediate to advance proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)#LI-hyb
