An excellent opportunity has opened within Macquarie Asset Management to partner with the finance, compliance, legal and fund administration teams to deliver client focused solutions. The team provides oversight for the finance and accounting that supports the creation, distribution, and servicing of Alternative Investment products to our distribution partners.

What role will you play?

Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibilityAs a Manager, Finance and Accounting, you will be a key part of the team responsible for financial control, financial fund reporting, investor reporting and treasury management. You will oversee the audit process, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion. You will provide general accounting support, drive management and corporate reporting, as well as provide thoughtful input to resolve technical accounting issues.Salary range for this position: $95,000-135,000 per year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibilityBachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, plus 5-7 years of related work experience, with a mix of public accounting and private sector accountingExperience in alternative financial services and/or private equity structures with a CPA/CA designation, experience in Registered Investment Companies would be advantageousSelf-motivated with the ability to work autonomously through complex structures in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and accustomed to working with a team, both in-person and virtuallyStrong working knowledge of US GAAP and exposure to investment accountingSignificant experience in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Investran and eFront preferred.We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.
