MercyOne Pulmonary Care Clinic is looking for BE/BC Pulmonary Critical Care Physician to join its practice. We offer a 3-year income guarantee with a $75,000 recruitment incentive, moving allowance up to $15,000, paid malpractice, 403B match, and Day One Benefits.

1 in 10 Nights
24/7 Nurse Practitioner support
Primary location- MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center
52 current ICU/CCU beds and expanding to 85 in 2025
Secondary Location – MercyOne West Des Moines Medical Center
8 current ICU/CCU beds
MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center traces its roots to 1893 and it is certain the Sisters of Mercy would not believe who we are today. From our humble beginnings, with two private rooms and a ward for five patients, the Level 2 Trauma MercyOne Des Moines has grown to operate four not-for-profit, Catholic medical centers, as well as two specialty Hospitals totaling 900 licensed beds (16 NTMICU/ 9 PCU), and a tertiary service territory of 1.5 million. Named to the Becker’s Healthcare “100 great hospitals in America” list Mercy One Des Moines Medical Center offers central Iowa’s only Gold Seal of Approval and Joint Commission certified Primary Stroke Center. Our closed ICU’s include a dedicated Neuro Trauma ICU supported by full time Pulmonary Critical Care and Surgical Critical Care trained Physicians. MercyOne features block scheduling, 3 navigation stations, o-arm, minimally invasive capabilities and Bi-Plane suite.
