Job description
Lion Street, Inc. is seeking a highly-organized, detail-oriented, experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Executive Team. In addition, this person will handle cross department/team coordination. The right candidate will be adaptable in our changing work environment, have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of management and staff.
ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate calendars and schedule of meetings, events, and arrange travel - domestic and international for multiple executives
Managing high-level projects for the team including day to day management of business initiatives, requiring strong understanding of the business and team agendas
Prepare documentation and presentations for carrier and marketing meetings as needed
Arrange and prepare email correspondence and other communications while replying in a prompt manner
Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously; proactively engage and see projects through to successful completion within deadlines
Manage expense reporting, including receipts and preparing, checking, and submitting expense reports
Manage and provide support to other Executive Assistants as needed
Employ an energetic and positive, can-do attitude while understanding the organizations values and ethics
Comfortable with performing personal tasks for executives
Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, at minimum 10+ years of administrative support experience and at least 5 years of executive and or sales support in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail, follow-up and excellent organizational skills
Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast paced, changing work environment
Management experience preferred
Highly proficient in MS Office programs including: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Concur experience is a plus
