Senior Accountant
Annexus is a well-established, highly profitable, dynamic, fast-paced, hyper growth company in North Scottsdale. We have a unique opportunity for a strong accountant to join our collaborative, high performing accounting department.
Note this position is on-site in the North Scottsdale office.
Responsibilities
Receive, track, and enter all vendor bills into accounts payable systemDevelop robust reporting package showing expenses by vendorPrepare weekly ACH batches for payment & other miscellaneous paymentsReview and approve all expense reports in T&E software for proper codingManage procurement process for all purchases company-wideReconcile accounts payable subledger to general ledger monthlyMaintain vendor relationships & investigate invoice/payment discrepanciesTrack all vendor contracts & maintain vendor master fileSupport month-end & quarter-end close processesQualifications
Conferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, Economics or Accounting5+ years experience in prior accounting role and/or assurance & auditing preferredProficiency with all aspects of Microsoft Office suite (especially Microsoft Excel).High level understanding/knowledge of AP procurement processExcellent project/time management, verbal, and written communication
