Job Description:

Tasks and Responsibilities :Standard costs management and reporting, including BOM maintenance, Labor and Overhead Rate calculationSupports internal/external audits related to costing processes/COGS expensesSupports Site F&A Manager with departmental self-audits relating to inventory and cost managementSupports Bi-Annual Physical Inventory, financial related activitiesSupports monthly forecast preparationsSupports month end closing process by preparing monthly COGS related closing journal entriesCoordinates annual expense budget creationCollaborates with department managers to monitor budget monthly variances.Gap Analysis Budget ReportingSupports Sales / Management Team with ad hoc cost analysis reportsBalance sheet reconciliations for COGS related accountsCommunicates with management and others in a cooperative mannerOther tasks as assigned.When accomplishing tasks, remember to work toward meeting overall company goals established which include, OSHA safety compliance, ISO 14001 Environmental Compliance, Ethical & Legal compliance, Customer Quality, Production to Plan, and Delivery Performance.
