In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership, providing critical support to drive profitability and efficiency within their operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Reporting : Generate insightful daily, weekly, and monthly reports that highlight key performance metrics and support strategic business decisions. Performance Analysis : Track and analyze daily operational metrics, such as productivity and volume output, ensuring alignment with targets and historical benchmarks. Revenue Assessment : Report on monthly revenue trends and unit pricing to provide a comprehensive understanding of the business financial health. Profitability Support : Collaborate with senior finance management to optimize regional operational performance and profitability. Financial Reviews : Assist in the preparation and review of financial reports, providing weekly and monthly insights. Forecasting & Budgeting : Support forecasting activities, risk assessments, and annual budget planning, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. Capital Expenditure Tracking : Oversee capital expenditure reconciliation to ensure timely and accurate asset classification. Asset Integration : Work closely with the Corporate Accounting team to manage the transition of capital projects into the fixed asset system. Ideal Candidate Profile:
Educational Background : Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or business administration. Professional Experience : 3+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis and reporting. Detail-Oriented : Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Adaptable : Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively. Organizational Skills : Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
