Looking for a dedicated Finance Analyst to join a dynamic team!
The role of the Financial Analyst reports directly to the Senior Director of Finance and will work closely with Regional Finance Directors, Support Operations, and Corporate Overheads. The Analyst should be naturally curious and have creative mind to improve processes and analysis. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about learning and being able to implement solutions and the desire to having strong analytical skills. The candidate should be passionate about working with data sets and someone who brings datasets together to answer business questions and communicate results and opportunities of improvement.
Following are responsibilities of this role:Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly report that support business performance insights metrics and discussions
Key metrics areis daily volume processed and labor productivity compared to budget and historical trends,Support the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams in reporting weekly metrics such as day sales outstanding and days payable outstandingMonthly volume and revenue metrics such as price per poundAssisting in preparing and reviewing Weekly and Monthly Operating Reviews
Support the Senior Finance Director in managing regions' operational profitability
Assist with forecast, risks and opportunities and annual budgetAssist in developing consistent reporting across all regions with weekly and monthly operating resultsWork closely with regional teams with ad hoc financial analysisReview labor metrics and mapping of external data to ensure accurate reportingAssist sales team with analyzing new & and renewal contracts profitability
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business2 to 4 years' experience with financial reportingAttention to detail, strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement.Experience in Excel, and Power Point. The candidate needs to have advanced Excel skills and a plus to have other advanced system skills such as SQL.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.Strong organizational skills.We offer a full catalog of benefits including:
