Respiratory Therapist Compensation

· The pay for this position is $2400 weekly

· Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

· A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Respiratory Therapist Highlights

· The required availability for this position is 36 hours weekly

· 3 day shifts, 2 night shifts – required

· Shift: 6:30 AM-7 PM (day) and 6:30 PM-7:00 AM (night)

· Hours: 36 per week

· Shift length: 12 hours

· Weekend rotation: every other

· On call: NA

Location/locations: HDVCH NICU/PCCU

Respiratory Therapist Responsibilities

· Interview and examine patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders

· Consult with physicians about patients’ conditions and developing treatment plans

· Perform diagnostic tests

· Treat patients using a variety of methods

· Monitor and record patients’ progress

· Teach patients how to take medications and use equipment

Respiratory Therapist Requirements

· High School Diploma or GED

· Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

· Required certifications: MI RT licensure

· RRT NRP BLS
