Independently Licensed Clinicians

to work as a Lead Clinician/Supervisor for either our Outpatient Clinic in Braintree or School-based program in Weymouth.

Our

school-based program

is a cornerstone of our mission to deliver urgent behavioral healthcare services to students within the school environment and the surrounding community. This role entails providing clinical supervision to School-Based Clinicians and acting as a clinical resource to school staff as well as aiding in the identification and referral of students who could benefit from behavioral health interventions.

Aspire Health Alliance's

Outpatient Services team

provides diagnostic evaluation, psychological and neuropsychological testing, psychopharmacology, and individual, group, and family therapy to children, teens, and adults with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, substance abuse, and other issues. We are looking for an LICSW who can provide supervision to unlicensed clinicians and utilize comprehensive and integrated client-centered care using evidence-based practices. The Lead Clinician/Supervisor can choose their preferred client population!

$8,000 sign-on bonus!

The salary range for this position is $70k-$80, depending on experience.

Required Skills

LICSW or LMHC is required.Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health CounselingRequired Experience

Previous supervisory/teaching experience preferredExperience utilizing Electronic Health Record preferred.Proficiency in computer technology required.Minimum two years post graduate experience required
