Buyer/Supply Chain Specialist

We are looking for a motivated Buyer/Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at CTA Digital. This role will focus on managing the procurement and inventory processes, working closely with our suppliers and factories to ensure efficient and timely production. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position involves working across different time zones and maintaining effective communication with our overseas partners to ensure smooth production and logistics.Key Responsibilities:
Manage purchasing and inventory control for our products, working directly with factories and suppliers overseas.Oversee production timelines and ensure all project requirements are met.Place orders and maintain detailed records of product specifications, quantities, and delivery schedules.Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with suppliers to optimize cost-efficiency and production speed.Communicate with suppliers in China, Taiwan, and other regions, sometimes requiring evening hours for effective coordination.Monitor inventory levels, ensuring the timely replenishment of stock to meet production and customer demand.Coordinate logistics, ensuring that products are shipped and received according to schedule.Collaborate with internal teams to align production and inventory plans with sales forecasts and business goals.Requirements:
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain management, or sourcing, preferably with exposure to working with international suppliers.Education:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).Skills:Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tight deadlines.Proficiency in using supply chain and inventory management software.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Other Qualifications:
Experience with logistics and shipping processes, understanding of manufacturing workflows, and familiarity with working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
