Position Overview:
Are you a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist eager to make a lasting impact on patients' lives? In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, helping individuals regain mobility and improve their quality of life through customized therapy plans. You will lead the way in patient care by conducting thorough assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions that target each patient's unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and evidence-based practices.Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions.Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and preventative measures.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
Licensure / Certification:
Valid California Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain one.
